“Take me out to the ball game….” It's that time of the year again when you are preparing to head to the baseball field to enjoy some food, sun, and a rowdy baseball crowd. Baseball is one of the most popular sporting events. This game requires good team spirit and high energy to keep the players motivated.
What should SHE wear? Baseball is an extremely casual sport to attend. Die hard baseball fans usually dress up in their favorite team or favorite athlete's numbered jersey and a good, old pair of jeans and tennis shoes. Yet, if you are not a particular baseball fan and are attending as a guest of someone (or perhaps you are going on a date), then comfortable clothes are all you will need. You will be sitting for 2 to 3 hours, outside and most likely on a bench, so you will want to wear a pair of jeans or casual, cotton slacks and a basic t-shirt. Depending on the weather that day, make sure to bring a jacket if it’s chilly or an umbrella if it looks like it could rain. You could also use the umbrella to shield you from the sun. Make sure to pack plenty of sun block and water bottles because you will have a lot of cheering to do!
What should HE wear? Baseball is casual, and lucky for you…no fuss with the wardrobe! Favorite team jersey and baseball hat, a cotton t-shirt, jeans, a pair of tennis shoes, and a jacket if you get cold are all you need. You’re good to go!
