Yes, it’s that time…. The Del Mar Races! Sadly, Paige and Heather can't be in attendance (give us a break we, can't do EVERYTHING), but we do have a couple of spies there. Check out what they wore one on Day 1 on our blog.
* For gentlemen, a suit or sport jacket must be worn at all times. Ties are optional. Jeans, denim pants, shorts, tee shirts, windbreakers, turtlenecks, polo-style shirts, tennis shoes and athletic shoes are not allowed.
* For ladies, suits, daytime dresses, and sundresses are allowed. Slacks may be worn with a tailored jacket. Jeans, denim material, tennis shoes, shorts, and abbreviated attire are not allowed.
Ladies, DO NOT forget your hat! One race frequenter told us, "dress is totally across the board, from super casual (think khakis with MANdals) to full on race day attire a la the Kentucky Derby." Well, Wardrobe Wire Girls would not be caught dead in khakis OR MANdals, so I think we'll opt for a dress!
