The Question

Lucky me! I have a wedding to attend in Paso Robles at fancy vineyard...IN 2 WEEKS! I'm so frustrated with all the department stores but don't want to spend a fortune at an expensive boutique. Any suggestions for a dress for 1. the rehearsal dinner (trendy organic restaurant) and 2. for the wedding. The weather report calls for sunny and HOT (in the 90s) although I should mention that the wedding is in the evening. Thanks fashion guru - Cheers!

For the rehearsal try sticking with the organic theme by wearing a dress that is "eco friendly". Websites like www.econsciousmarket and www.thegreenloop.com are two sites to check out. Perhaps there is a store in your town that you know of that sells all organics? I'd look for a wrap dress and pair it with a scarf to toss around my neck ( if it is not too hot). Add some beaded bracelets and unleash your inner "hippie chic".

For the actual wedding- I like your idea of the one shoulder dress you posted. Very fun, feminine, and flirty. Wardrobe Wire Girls love to be flirty. If you don't want to spend a lot of money then make sure the dress is something you can wear again and is not too trendy so you will get your money's worth!
