Holiday work party for my husband's small engineering firm. It'll be about 38 degrees out, but of course we'll be inside. Everyone is pretty conservative, and it's truly "holiday" as everyone has varying faiths... and fairly strong ones at that. Thanks!
LOVE the lace one!!!! I also like the red one for a holiday party. Both are easily paired with black tights and a black jacket. I saw a girl last night in a white lace dress and black leather jacket and she looked amazing!!!
I like the last two that you posted. Especially the lace cream one with long sleeves.
If you want to work with what's already in your closet the easiest thing to do is pull out your favorite LBD, or any cocktail dress you already own, add black tights, black heels and a long wool coat, blazer or leather jacket. Add a scarf for extra warmth and gloves for extra coolness. Wear light eye makeup and red lipstick. Put on some fun, bold earrings and voila! Post pics if you need more help!
