If a groom is weraing a tux with a ivory tie/vest and the groomsmen are wearing red ties/vests, should the dress shirt underneath be white or ivory???
It depends on how dark the shade of ivory is. If it's a simple off-white then you should wear a white shirt. But if the ivory is noticeably darker, you should wear ivory. It's acceptable to wear different shades of white in an outfit, especially if it is an accessory (like a bow-tie). Also a white shirt underneath an ivory vest is a great look.
