Althea Harper just jumped off the Project Runway train and onto her own fashion subway. We have been a fan and friend of Althea’s since her debut on Project Runway, but her Spring 2011 collection has proved she has staying power. She is making a name for herself and we couldn’t be more proud.
She has still kept her edginess that we loved about her last season, but this season is a little softer, a little more together…with clean lines, body hugging silhouettes, her collection is not for the body conscience, but if you need some motivation to hit the gym, her clothes just might be the key! With a perfectly pretty palette of neutrals, her pieces are perfect additions to your wardrobe. They add the right amount of different while still being appropriate. You will be noticed in these clothes!
We love, love, love the leggings, silk trouser pants, and short shorts. And the full length gown featured in the photos? Well…might we just start seeing Althea Harper on the red carpet? After the last few awards shows, let’s hope so!
