I am going to a house warming party in San Francisco on Nov.7th. The invitation reads " A Black and White Affair". There is no specific dress code, but it says to, ""Glamour Up". What shall I wear?

I would definitely do cocktail attire with a twist...adding your own style to make it fashion forward and not basic. I would pair black sheer lace stockings (or stockings with a great pattern) with a brightly colored mini dress and your highest heels! Pile on the jewlery and bling and do your hair different then you would normally. If you wear it down often then pull it up in a sexy loose bun.
Feathers or sequins!
