What would be some key articles to pack for my trip to Greece this summer that would help me minimize what I pack, transition from day to night and keep cool (but lookin' hot)?

Swimsuit cover ups are a big thing to focus on when packing for Greece. The thing is that you are going to go straight from the beach to a bar... most of the time the bar is actually ON the beach. So the dressier the cover up the better it is. Also hats and big designer sunglasses they are very big on that. Obviously cute bikinis , flip flops, flat shoes, beautiful and colorful sexy maxi dresses. Pack a few white clothes, nothing looks as good as healthy tanned skin with white dress and a flawless Greece background for pictures.
