Think conservative!

Men: Belted dress pants with a collared shirt, argyle socks and freshly-polished shoes. You can't go wrong with pastels and light fabrics. Picture this: Polo, Lacoste, Dockers, khaki pants or pleated shorts that hit right above the knee. Colors that come to mind are: white, navy blue, light and dark khaki, pastels, and black. For shoes try a boat shoe, loafer or casual dress shoe.

Women: You can't go wrong with a sleek pair of trousers (white, navy, black or khaki). Pair them with a single-color knit camisole and a cotton blazer (think Ralph Lauren). If you don't have a blazer, try a ¾-sleeve cardigan sweater, a stylish blouse or a simple shirt. Be preppy, classy, and chic and you will always fit in with a cable knit, plaid or argyle sweater tied around your neck. For shoes try a strappy flat sandal or a wedge.
