Fashion Shows go 3D

Hollywood is definitely known to set trends around the globe and now it seems fashion is jumping on the 3D bandwagon. The Burberry Prorsum A/W 2010 show at the London Fashion show meant fashion goers could have front row feel whether they were in Paris, Tokyo, New York, L.A. or Dubai.

Avatar may have started this trend in Hollywood, but Burberry undoubtedly is blazing the trail in Fashion.

Bye, bye, Lindsay... for Good.

As if we didn't see this coming, it has been confirmed that LeLo has been released from Ungaro. So hearts all over your clothes is NOT going to be the next big thing in fashion? Who knew.

According to this Ungaro himself called Lindsay's first collection a disaster, as did the designer that she collaborated with. And it seems as if Dior wants her no where near even his show. She must have felt pretty silly being denied entrance to the Paris show. Poor LeLo she should just stick to club hopping, fake knife skits, and joining the Paris Hilton " I burned all my bridges club".

That said, she is only 23 years old and has accomplished more than most. Everyone loves a good comeback story and we hope she can find her true calling, one day!

In Need of a New Moisturizer?

I have been on a hunt for the PERFECT moisturizer. My skin has been dry and sensitive lately and the old lotion was just not fixing the problem. The harsh winters in California and Arizona might be to blame. So, I took a trip to Barney's for some free samples- I don't buy until I try.

A while back we talked about our love for the Malin+Goetz travel pack. Being the fan of the brand with this cult like following, I decided to pick up a few samples of the " Vitamin e Face Moisturizer".  I am enjoying it so much, thus far, that I felt the need to share. So....

This residue free moisturizer is scientifically synthesized with soothing vitamins E and B5, or so the back of the package says. The blend of the two effectively work together to hydrate and balance as well as reduce epidermal irritation.

And the Best Dressed Award Goes to...

Giuliana Depandi? Yes, hate me for it if you will, but I think she looked better than most of the celebrities, in this Gustavo Cadille design. In fact she is always well dressed, in my opinion. Take a look through the gallery for some of her dresses from years gone by. Remember this when shopping: EVERYONE looks good in navy blue!

The Oscar's

Honestly, I don't even know where to begin. sigh.

Basically, as I have said many, MANY times... movie stars are not fashion stars. Their stylists SUCK, on top of it all.

When going to the Oscar's we SERIOUSLY wonder WHO THE HELL DRESSES THESE PEOPLE AND WHY ARE THEY GETTING PAID FOR SUCH A POOR PERFORMANCE?

Sandy Bullock looked great, though. Did you notice the trend of pale skin, light make up, and dark red lips? We called that many moons ago.
